Return & Refund Policy
At BAGLY, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return:

with your order number and reason for return. Our customer care team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Conditions for Returns:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Must be returned with all original tags and packaging
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Products returned after the 30-day period
Return Address & Shipping Responsibility:
All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please ensure items are unused, in original packaging, and include all tags for a valid return.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
